Gite in the owner's house. Ground floor: living room-kitchen with lounge area, WiFi, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) and a 4m² alcove (2 bunk beds), bathroom (shower). Terrace + garden. Ski Arêches-Beaufort 200m and free shuttle to Le Planay 50m, Hauteluce-Val-Joly/Contamines-Montjoie 21km, Les Saisies 25km. Body of water 35km, swimming pool 5km. Beautiful home country at 200 m from the slopes. Residential quiet along the heart of the family village station. Large terrace exposed & shaded summer. Nice landscaped garden. Beautiful views of the massif. All amenities on site. 200m from the slopes in the heart of the family resort-village of Arèches. Many other reference ski areas nearby (Espace Diamant and its 190km of slopes, Hauteluce-Val-Joly-Contamines-Montjoie at the foot of Mont-Blanc). Les Saisies Olympic resort and its world-renowned Nordic site 25km away. In the heart of Beaufortain, a real little Savoyard "tyrol". Ideal for winter and summer skiing, hiking and cycling on several massifs (Beaufortain, Val d'Arly, Tarentaise, Aravis...). Many mythical passes! All amenities on site. Pleasant landscaped garden.
