LE GRENIER A BLE - ENTRELACS
2 cottages in a house adjoining that of the owners also including two other accommodations. Raised ground floor (independent access via 7 steps): entrance, living room-kitchen lounge area (double sofa bed 140 x 190 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), a bathroom with access via two steps, separate WC. Private gravel terrace at the rear of the cottage. Carport and shared land. Shared swimming pool (5 x 10 m depth: 1.50 m) with the owners under conditions (no free access). Petanque court and ping-pong table available. Housed in a farm dating from 1879, this cottage has a very comfortable surface area for 2 people with the possibility of accommodating a 3rd person (sleeping in the living room). The location of the village allows a star-shaped discovery of the region, in all seasons, between the Bourget or Annecy lakes as well as the Bauges Regional Natural Park. Shops open all year round are located in Albens, 3 km away. Cycling enthusiasts, a closed room is at your disposal. Special rate for spa guests. In the heart of the countryside, this magnificently restored country house includes 2 gîtes with shared land with trees. Located a few kilometers from the Aix les Bains thermal baths and Lake Bourget, Le Grenier à Blé is an ideal place for a rural break far from the city.
