Total area of the Gîte (58 m²), parties attic included. Within a beautiful traditional hamlet of mountain, historic heart of the village, cosy cottage of high quality under the roof of an old country house renovated. Beautiful wooded sous-pentes, original wooden beams, charming mezzanine, wide volume of the living room. Gite located 700m from the slopes of the Val-Cenis-Vanoise area (125 km of slopes) and 300m from the cross-country ski slopes (27km). Village located on the Route des Grandes Alpes via the Col de l'Iseran. At the foot of the Mont-Cenis pass with the Italian border. Country of Art and History with an important cultural heritage. At the gates of the Vanoise National Park with many hikes towards mountain lakes and glaciers. Many fun and sporting activities. Body of water fitted out in Bessans at 11km. Family resort suitable for children. Ideally located for hiking and cycling in the summer with many mythical passes!
