Ferienhaus in wäldlicher Umgebung

Das Haus liegt ruhig ca. einen guten Kilometer von der Hauptstraße entfernt in waldähnlichem Gebiet. Zuletzt führt ein schmaler Schotterweg zur Unterkunft. Es gibt neben der Terrasse eine große Rasenfläche. Die nächsten Nachbarhäuser sind nicht allzuweit entfernt, aber man hat Privatsphäre. Das Ambiente ist schön. Gekühlt/Geheizt wird der Wohnbereich durch eine Klimaanlage. Die Elektro-Heizkörper im Bad und in den Schlafzimmern sind alt und unterdimensioniert. Wenn es richtig kalt draußen ist, werden die nicht viel bringen. Es gibt nur eine Sorte "etwas dickere" Stepp-Bettdecken (im Sommer sollte man sich ggf. dünne Bettdecken mitbringen). Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
