This beautiful, clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath craftsman apartment is the Main level unit and a complete remodel in NEW condition. It holds the 100yr old charm of this craftsman house with brand new renovation and amenities of modern living. (No Smoking, No Pets)

Great care has been taken to make this feel new and comfortable. (Bicycle available upon request.) The bus system is "Catcbus" at catcbus.com. The pickup is two short blocks from the house. Monthly pass is $30 for unlimited rides or $1 per ride. See a map and schedule on the website. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.
