An attractive house awaits you here, masterfully designed by the famous Danish architect Ole Helweg, idyllically situated in Aspö on the glistening shores of Lake Mälaren. An oasis of peace and relaxation awaits you here, easily accessible by road. Step into the spacious lounge areas, where the crackling open fire creates a warm and inviting atmosphere on chilly days. The well-equipped kitchen is a gourmet's dream. The large work surfaces and the inviting bar with bar stools invite you to socialise with a view of the glistening lake.
Outside, a large, south-facing covered terrace awaits you, perfect for relaxing with breathtaking panoramic views over the waters of Mälaren. A spacious wooden deck connects the house with the sauna house, which offers plenty of space for relaxation. Outside you will also find a wood-fuelled hot tub and a refreshing outdoor shower.
The private jetty with bathing ladder and rowing boat is ideal for adventures and free fishing on the lake. Or hire a motorboat for longer excursions. Canoes, kayaks and SUPs are available subject to availability. Come together at the end of the day at the cosy fireplace right on the shore. Spacious green areas with football goals offer space for fun and games. Light a fire in the fireplace in the old smithy and relax together at the whiskey barrel bar.
