Ne RÉSERVEZ PAS avec Mme Chais

Expérience inacceptable avec cette hôte. Nous avions réservé le logement et avions reçu la confirmation par courriel à cet effet. Nous avons envoyé plusieurs textos à l'hôte afin de nous enquérir de la procédure de prise de possession du logement, lesquels sont demeurés sans réponse. Nous avons dû contacter d'urgence l'équipe de support de Vrbo afin d'essayer d'avoir un contact direct avec l'hôte. Lorsque Mme Chais a finalement répondu à nos textos, elle nous a annoncé que le logement était déjà réservé. Elle nous a assuré que notre réservation serait annulée sans frais. Toutefois, l'hôte n'a procédé à aucune annulation et le montant de la réservation a tout de même été prélevé sur ma carte de crédit. J'ai dû à nouveau contacter l'équipe de support de Vrbo afin d'obtenir l'annulation de la réservation et le remboursement. Grand manque d'intégrité, d'honnêteté et de professionnalisme.
