This is a great vacation home situated on a beachfront property on the island of Flekkerøy. You have a beautiful view of the fjord and a 40 m2 open terrace with good patio furniture and a barbecue. Great bridge facility on the water shared with N36327 and N36329. Here are child-friendly swimming spots and good fishing from land or boat. Only 15 km away is Kristiansand with many attractions. For example, take the whole family on a great trip to the popular amusement park & zoo "Kristiansand Dyrepark" or to the Agder Nature Museum with botanical garden.

Die Lage auf Flekkeroya ist der Wahnsinn.

Die Lage auf Flekkeroya ist der Wahnsinn. Auch das Boot ist super. Das Haus selbst ist auf den ersten Blick sehr schnuckelig. Allerdings sind zwei der Schlafzimmer wirklich winzig, mit Schrägen, Erwachsene haben da ein Thema, eins der Betten ist so schmal, dass man sich kaum drehen kann. Schränke gibt es nicht, nur zwei Verschläge voller alter Decken und Gerümpel. Sämtliche Kissen waren leider schmutzig und ekelig, auch die Polster für draußen. Wir haben erstmal gewaschen und geputzt. Matratzen waren fleckig, unbequem und komplett durchgelegen. Der Zugang zu weiteren Häusern führt nur über einen sehr schmalen Weg direkt am Haus vorbei, sodass ständig jemand über die Terrasse läuft und ins Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer schaut, Privatsphäre gleich Null. Fünf Lampen hatten entweder keine oder defekte Glühbirnen, sodass es im Wohnzimmer oder im Bad eher schummrig ist. Fazit: Wem etwas Komfort und Privatsphäre egal sind, der wird hier, an diesem wunderschönen Ort, sicher sehr glücklich.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Der Parkplatz ist nicht direkt am Haus, aber man hat eine Schubkarre, mit der man sein Gepäck und Einkäufe zum Haus bringen kann. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, die Lage ist traumhaft und wir haben dort zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Die Schlafzimmer sind aufgrund der Dachschräge recht klein, ein Bett ist auch sehr schmal, aber die Matrazen und Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Es stehen zwei Terrassen zur Verfügung, wir haben nur draußen die Lounge Möbel vermisst, für die im Hausflur oben die Sitzelemente gelagert wurden. Das Boot muss zusätzlich gemietet werden, hat aber alles super funktioniert. Im Küchenbereich haben wir eine Salatschüssel vermisst, oder einen Toaster, Mikrowelle, ansonsten waren auch die elektrischen Geräte alle sehr hochwertig. Direkt nebenan werden noch zwei weitere Häuser vermietet, die Mieter davon müssen direkt am Haus vorbei laufen, aber da im Erdgeschoss Sichtschutz angebracht ist, stört das auch zu keinem Zeitpunkt. Wir können das Haus mit Kindern ohne Einschränkung weiter empfehlen.

Traumhaus

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in Flekkerøy. Die Lage des Ferienhauses war einfach nur traumhaft. Vom kompletten Haus konnte man auf unseren "kleinen" Fjord sehen. Auf dem Steg haben wir abends immer unsere Bier getrunken und einfach nur genossen. Die Ausstattung und die Betten waren sehr gut. ES gab auch Einbauschränke um Kleidung abzulegen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.
