22m² Studio rented for 3 persons, in a residence located close the ski slopes and shops.
It is composed of an entrance with storage and bunk beds, shower room with toilets, a kitchenett open on a living room with a sofa + trundle bed .
The balcony exposed west offers a nice and sunny view.

Equipment : Fridge, microwave, ceramic hobs. TV.
Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeps: 1 single bed , a set of bunkbeds (recommended for children, only from 6 yeras old)

Sanitary: a shower room with toilet
Free outdoor public parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
