Welcome to Key West. Located on this beautiful island 13 miles from downtown is this quaint 2-level beach home. With sleeping for up to 10 people, you can bring the entire family or your best friends to experience the beauty of the Lower Keys. While you are at it, don’t forget your Fur Babies and your boat!


Then as you step out on the deck you are only steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. You can relax on your private patio or enjoy the private beach with kayaks and paddleboards. The tiki hut and the pool offer panoramic views of the ocean. After enjoying your day at the beach, you can relax in the Family Room by watching your favorite TV show on the 82-inch TV or playing various board games available. If you need to use your computer or smartphone, you have access to WIFI throughout the house. With the fully- equipped kitchen, you can enjoy your own cooking indoors or outdoors. You have the choice of eating in the dining room or you can take your meal to the deck and enjoy the breeze. The outdoor living area awaits you in the evening with soft lighting, a sectional couch, a tv, a bar, and hammocks. If you’d rather spend your evening dining out, there are many fine restaurants and eating establishments within the area (some within walking distance). Check out the Visitor’s Guide for suggestions on dining, local attractions, and other water sports rental establishments near the beach house.

When it is time to settle down for the night, you will have your choice of one of 5 bedrooms: 1) The Primary Bedroom has a king bed with a new purple mattress 2) The second bedroom has a bunk bed, or 3) the third Bedroom has2 queen-size beds and doubles as the second master bedroom. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a living room, a kitchenette, and 2 bathrooms the morning you can enjoy your coffee on the dock or bike/walk to the famous local Baby’s Coffee. If you’re in the mood for more activities you can play tennis, basketball, soccer, or beach volleyball at the nearby park or fish on your own dock. All sports equipment is provided.
The first floor is fully accessible as it has no steps.

Thank you, Adrian, for being a great host and helping to make our month-long stay special. The well-equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, spices and oils made cooking in easy with everything needed at hand. The spacious main living area adjacent to the kitchen was great for family gatherings. And the jumbo TV was a bonus we all enjoyed. The house was clean, beds comfy, and updated bathrooms appreciated. The downstairs living area was great as we all had space to unwind without feeling cramped. The stunning view and sunsets were enjoyed in the private, resort-like setting. The kayaks and paddle boards were used and enjoyed. The pool was wonderful for cooling off and relaxing. Sharing the place with family was special as we all have great memories! We'll be back!

Beautiful Property

Great location. About 15 miles from downtown Key West. Close to water activities in Cudjoe and Big Pine. House looked like it was recently remodeled and very nice inside. Pool was small but perfect for us. Adrian was very responsive to any issues that arose. Really enjoyed our stay.

Month of Fun

We are very familiar with the area and this was our first chance to stay a whole month. Adrian’s property worked great for our group. Nice outdoor amenities had everything we could want or need. Separate apartment downstairs was perfect for when we had visitors. Upstairs layout was great for various group sizes. Beds are comfy. Lots of fridge/freezer space. Kitchen is set up well for cooking. Adrian himself is kind, responsive, easy to get ahold of. He takes a lot of pride in the quality of the property and care for the comfort of his guests. We also had a dog and the fenced yard was great.

Boaters Listen Up!

This property is a great property if you're looking to relax & enjoy all the amenities the property has to offer like a nice pool, kayaking, paddle boarding, cooking out and relaxing on the waterfront. *** Boaters - We were told in writing that boat drafts were under 18 inches in order to get in/out of the Saddlebunch area. This is not the case. We planned a boating vacation with our Cobia 262 which has a draft of 17 inches. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was there were no "Deep V" boats, most were skiffs and bay boats under 22'. After talking with numerous neighbors and a neighbor who offered to take us out on his boat to establish a track we were unable to ever get our boat (accessing Sammy's Creek) to the dock at the property. If planning on bringing a boat make sure you have a draft much less than 17 inches. Property Cleanliness - When we arrived the house wreaked of wet dog. There was also a rug on the floor that wreaked of urine with paper towels left under it where cleanup was attempted but was never disposed of. We're animal friendly as well as a former military K-9 handler so we are understanding to an extent of pets. To be fair the property owner was immediately available and was highly upset with the prior tenants. He was super responsive and had a cleaning company out immediately to remedy the couch situation as well as ordered couch covers and a new TV remote which was chewed up by the previous tenant. Overall we were literally rescued by Coast Guard contacts we made at a sandbar over the 4th of July weekend which was our first weekend in Key West. Our boating vacation was saved and we lucked up with a dock downtown! If we weren't rescued by some new Coast Guard friends this review would have been a 1 Star vs a 4 Star. Gotta love the boating community. Even though we had a rough start the first few days, I would still recommend this property to friends and family. All of our guests enjoyed their time in Key West. The owner was responsive in most cases and clearly cares about the property.

Relaxing and off the grid!

Amazing waterfront view! Breathtaking sunsets! A perfect family getaway to unplug and relax. The pool is private and the perfect way to enjoy those hot summer afternoons! Large dock to tie off our 25’ center console with tower. You can access the Atlantic via Sammy Creek but beware... waters are very shallow. It really helps to follow a local out the first time you make the trip. Home is comfortable. Provided with a very basic kitchen. Beds memory foam and very comfortable. Bunk bedroom ok for younger kids. Not ideal for older teens/adults. Property manager very attentive and quick to return calls. We enjoyed the home but would probably not rent again because of bunk room situation. Our kids are 11, 14 & 16 and were just to big for the beds. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for having us!
