You will enter through the large “Italian-style” kitchen:

- with its granite stone walls, wooden ceiling and floor

- fully equipped and organized around its central island

- opening onto a first teak terrace of more than 30m2, ideal for family breakfasts in the middle of hundred-year-old pines

- this kitchen has a back kitchen for the machines and plenty of storage

- a master suite, away from the rest of the Villa, under beautiful exposed beams

- composed of a queen size bed

- an “en suite” bathroom with a large bath, sink and toilet

- a unique and relaxing view of the treetops or the “scaly” tiles of the neo-Gothic turret, from your bed

- the glass door will give you access to a large 30m2 roof top, to rest in the afternoon on its sun loungers, smelling the scents of the pines and feeling the ocean breeze, whose blue you will see through the pines
