The Villa is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility

OTHERS

Although everything is done to ensure that you have the best possible stay with your friends, your family or your colleagues, large parties and people outside the reservation are not allowed. The Villa is not intended for festive gatherings and other noisy events in large numbers.

Outside, noise must be limited, meaning you can chat, have an aperitif, dine, enjoy the swimming pool but no music day or night. Quiet hours are requested from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. outside out of respect for the neighborhood, meaning that you will have to go inside from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.

A deposit (credit card hold) of 2000€ will have to be secured no later than 24 hours before your arrival. Checks and cash are not accepted.

The cleaning costs does not prevent you from leaving the villa clean and the dishes tidy.

Any broken or damaged object or furniture will be invoiced at its actual replacement value.

You may be charged additional fees in the event of non-compliance with the house rules.
