Charming apartment with sea view and pool, 10-minute walk from the beach
Welcome to our house !
It's our little corner of paradise. We come to Calella de Palafrugell as often as possible. We want you to enjoy it and hope that you will feel at home there.
55m2 apartment for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, beautiful sea view, swimming pool and private underground parking.
Pretty terrace where you can eat without problem for 4. The residence is a small, very quiet condominium of 9 apartments. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is located in a residential area about 10 minutes walk from Golfet beach and 15 minutes from the village center.
The 1st bedroom is equipped with a large 160 bed and large closets
The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds of 80 which can be transformed into 1 large bed of 160 and also large cupboards.
The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
Private and secure parking space in the basement of the residence.
Linen is provided: sheets for the bed, 1 large and 1 small towel and 1 beach towel
The residence is equipped with fiber. Please note, there is no television. You have at your disposal a screen equipped with a Chromecast to view videos or TV from your phone or computer
The area is residential and very quiet close to the botanical garden, the forest and the most beautiful coves in the region. Via the walkway, you can easily access the village with superb landscapes. Everything can be done on foot if you wish (with a bit of elevation gain though). Underground parking space if you wish to park your car, motorbike or bicycles
