Angélique Verte 10 - Chalet vue montagne T3

In Mercus-Garrabet, we offer this charming 64 m² chalet with mountain views for rental, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 31 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 4,000 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

We manage similar chalets in the residence.

The accommodation comprises
- A 31 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds
- Shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 9 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather
- 4000 m² shared garden

This chalet is ideally located in Mercus-Garrabet, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach.

- Cultural visits to Foix or other villages (Tarascon sur Ariège)
- Ski resorts 20 minutes away (Bielle plateau),
- Ax les thermes 40 mins away
- Numerous hiking trails available from Tarascon Tourism Office

Angélique Verte 10 "Bon séjour au bout du compte car nous n'avons pas mangé ou très peu de fois dans ce chalet. 🙂 La situation, le calme du chalet notamment la nuit, la terrasse où nous avons pu manger et séjourner, le paysage. La literie est bonne. 🙁 Aucune lampe de chevet dans la chambre à deux lits. Ménage très relatif à notre arrivée : la table à l'extérieur et les chaises très sales, les rebords de fenêtre n'ont pas vu de ménage depuis longtemps, le tancarville était inutilisable, nous avons dû nettoyer tout ça... le chalet sentait mauvais, pas du tout aéré avant notre arrivée, pas loué avant c'est certain ! toiles d'araignée, insectes.... les oreillers étaient carrément tachés et dégoutants, je l'ai signalé et on nous les a changé... mais cela n'aurait pas dû être. le point noir : la propreté. Les équipements sont en fin de vie et grand manque de vaisselle et vers !!!! pas un seul petit saladier par exemple..;"
