With a spacious master bedroom and built in jacuzzi tub, loft area for the kids, a steamy hot tub, pool table, multicade arcade game and an outside deck for taking in the scenic view, you and your loved ones will have plenty of amenities to enjoy while vacationing at Cant Bear to Leave.

Cant Bear to Leaves living room is designed for both entertainment and relaxation, so whether youre a couch potato or you spend just a few minutes a day in your living room, youll get the most out of it thanks to the included amenities. Youll find a modern smart TV, a stone fireplace for cozy nights and plush leather couches, including a sleeper sofa, so you can watch a movie or snuggle in front of the fireplace. And dont forget the large pool table that allows endless hours of fun for the adults and kids alike, all while taking in the trees!

… Kitchen and Dining

Meals are an important aspect of every vacation, and while the area offers a multitude of restaurants for every culinary craving, if you never want to leave the house to eat, you certainly dont have to! Cant Bear to Leave offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare your own farm-to-table meal, including a standard size refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, pots, pans, and cutleries. With an open design and a countertop bar, there's plenty of counter space to cook and enjoy meals! With a large wooden dining table conveniently situated off the kitchen and living area, your entire group can gather and enjoy your meals comfortably.

… Bedrooms, Bathrooms and More!

Upon entering the home, you are welcomed to a large and spacious living room with soaring ceilings and windows that gaze out into the wooded mountain area! On the main level you and your guests will find a spacious master bedroom with a large king-sized bed and heart-shaped bathtub that is perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. You can also relax in bed, while watching TV or listening to the crackle of the electric fireplace that is situated in your bedroom. Outside the master suite you will find a spiral metal staircase that will lead your guests to a spacious loft with two additional twin beds “ perfect for the kiddos! Each room has cozy bedding and comfortable beds to help ensure a restful night sleep. You can pack light, because the master bathroom contains towels and starter soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, and other bathroom essentials.

… Activities

The lower level is where you will find the pool table for endless hours of fun for adults and kids alike. And you can't turn down a challenge with the ultracade arcade game playing some classic video games! You and your guests can relax in the hot tub, grill dinner on the outdoor grill or wind down the day relaxing in the rocking chairs while enjoying a hot cup of tea (or moonshine!) and taking in the sounds and views of the scenic surroundings.

… The Neighborhood

The Smokies is an incredible place to visit. Our cabin is ideally located in Sevierville, where youre immersed in nature and serenity, but also only a short drive to the nearby attractions, shops, restaurants, museums and hiking trails! Its a great place to be and beary special in every sense of the word!

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

This includes the best dinner shows, pancake restaurants, adventure parks, museums and even an exotic animal park. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville are the three main cities that comprise the area. Everything is spread out a bit and there are amazing things to keep you busy...

*** The entire Smoky Mountain area is very hilly (After all, it IS the Smoky Mountains!) so do yourself a favor and download an offline map in your Goo gle Maps program. This will let you navigate to our cabin and around the area even if you don't have cell coverage. Neat, right??!

To do this, it's easy:

1. Open the Goo gle Maps app and log in.
2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out so that the map you see contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom way out because it'll get everything in between.
