Res. Duunepanne ref. 210

Comfortably furnished apartment on the 4th floor of an apartment complex in the seaside resort of Ostend, one of the most famous places in Belgium. Elevator to the 3rd floor, stairs leading to 4th floor. From the apartment you have a beautiful view of the sea, the beach and the dunes. With this accommodation it is obvious to start the morning with a refreshing swim in the sea. Enjoy the fresh sea air on the two large terraces, each with an area of 36 m2. The terraces are located at the front and back. The fireplace cannot be used. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. Access to the apartment only through the staircase. Crib and high chair for rent. Parking on the street for a fee. Nearby restaurants and stores are within easy walking distance.



Despite the small population, the port city of Ostend is very lively and full of entertainment, it is only 35 kilometers from the Dutch border. It is a good idea to visit the Kursaal after a nice day at the beach, where you will find entertainment, variety and excitement in the concert hall, restaurant and great casino. There are excellent shopping opportunities in Ostend, such as in the famous Chapel Street. Some cultural treasures, including the open-air museum Atlantikwall, the museum ship Amandine, the church of St. Peter and Paul, Fort Napoleon and the former, royal summer residence are definitely worth a visit. With your children you can go to the cinema or visit an indoor playground.



During your stay you can also visit the nearby towns of Bredene, De Haan and De Panne. In Ostend you will enjoy a varied vacation and this apartment offers an excellent base for this. This apartment is also ideal if you are looking for accommodation near the popular Afro Caribbean Festival, which is held annually in August in Bredene, not far from Ostend.

Wohnung: eine schöne große Wohnung mit zwei großen Terrassen und herrlichem Blick auf Meer und Dünen. Leider mit Renovierungsstau (Markise wackelig und zerrissen, der Terassenboden hatte einige lockere Platten mit Stolpergefahr. Die Schiebetüren zu den Terrassen waren sehr schwergängig zu öffnen, das Bett knarrte laut bei jeder Bewegung, die Matratzen waren sehr hart und unbequem, das Toilettenbecken wackelte und müsste befestigt werden).Trotz der Mängel würden wir die Wohnung wieder mieten.Ort: sehr schöne Strandpromenade, breiter Strand mit sehr viel Platz, ideal für Familien mit Kindern, die direkt am Strand vorbeifahrende Tram stört gar nicht, ebenso nicht der nahe gelegene Flughafen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt top. Die Betten sind sehr hart, schlafen war für mich sehr schwierig. An der Sauberkeit könnte noch gearbeitet werden. Überall lange Haare vom Vorgänger und dreckiges Geschirr teilweise in den Schränken.Bettwäsche und Handtücher mussten von der Schlüsselübergabe mitgenommen werden. Wenn man diese schon vorher bucht, wäre es toll Sie zumindest in der Wohnung vorzufinden.

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung war schön, braucht aber etwas Pflege und Zuwendung. Kaputte Lampen, ein kaputter Duschkopf, Löcher in den Wänden und ein sehr knarrendes Bett. Es sind alles Kleinigkeiten…Parken kann man nicht in der Nähe sondern läuft schon mindestens 10 min. Trotzdem war unser Urlaub sehr schön und wir waren gern hier.

Sehr schöne Wohnung für 4 Personen

Mit Ausnahme des nicht ganz sauberen Geschirrs/ Besteck (mussten wir nochmals spülen) waren wir sehr zufrieden. Geräumig, gute Ausstattung, gute Betten, 2 Bäder !, genial die beiden Terrassen, ruhige Lage, ein Katzensprung zum Meer. Freundliche, schnelle, professionelle Abwicklung bei der Agentur. Immer wieder gerne!
