"Beach Villa Baabe 8 - Am Fischerstrand". Close to the beach, this apartment offers everything your heart desires!

In the great sauna you can really get away from the stresses of everyday life. Our spa shower is a real highlight. For guests with a physical handicap grab bars were installed in the shower and on the toilet bowl in guest bathroom. There is also a shower stool is available.
Get introduced on the balcony the sun shine on your skin and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.
For the cold season the fireplace for warm evenings provides.
The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, so the joint preparation of delicious dishes nothing stands in the way.
Overall, in the apartment found 6 people. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. In addition there is the living area with a sofa bed for two more people.
Dogs are allowed, so you do not have to dispense with your loved one.

Kurzurlaub über Ostern

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Baabe. Die Küchenausstattung war recht Basic (z.B. kein Flaschenöffner vorhanden). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation gut.

Kurzurlaub in Baabe

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Appartment Fischerstrand sehr genossen. Es war alles vorhanden, um sich dort wie zuhause zu fühlen und die Lage ist perfekt, um Touren in die Umgebung zu unternehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sauberkeit war schon mal besser...

Wir haben schon mehrfach in dem Objekt unseren Urlaub verbracht. Grundsätzlich eine gute Adresse, allerdings haben wir in Punkto Sauberkeit dieses mal was zu bemängeln: Die Polster der Esszimmerstühle und der beiden Sessel sind ekelig. Man mag nicht mehr drauf sitzen. Entweder Grundreinung oder Austausch ist hier angebracht. Tisch war verschmutzt mit klebrigen Galsändern und auch die Küchenfronten sind teilweise verschmutzt gewesen. Leider war auch kein Staubsauger mehr vorhanden, was die zwischendurch Reinigung(mit Hund angereist) sehr erschwert hat. Ich bin mir sicher, dass bei unseren nächsten Aufenthalt alles wieder wie gewohnt Top ist....

Nur eine Sache…

Hat alles was man für einen schönes Urlaub an der Ostsee braucht. Für regnerische Tage ist die Sauna und der Kamin auch super. Die eine Minute Fußweg zum ebenfalls praktisch. Das Parkhaus war eine kleine Herausforderung, aber auch die war zu meistern. Das wirklich einzige was mir nicht 100% gefallen hat, war das es nur einen Hausschlüssel gab. Für eine Familie mit größeren Kinder oder wie bei uns mit Oma, sehr unpraktisch. Man muss sich halt gut absprechen oder immer erreichbar sein!

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche, das Appartement bietet für alle Wetterlagen Komfort: Balkon mit Möbeln, eine gemütliche Couch vor dem Kaminofen, eine voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zum genüsslichen Kochen ein und die Strandnähe zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen - schließlich können sich die angestrengten Muskeln in der eigenen Sauna entspannen

Licht und Schatten

Die Ferienwohnung ist top.die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist unterirdisch und mit größeren Fahrzeugen unmöglich. Alternativ stehen Außenparkplätze zur Verfügung. Seit dieser Saison werden dafür 15€ pro Tag verlangt. Das betrachte ich als Abzocke was die Gesamtbewertung deutlich schmälert.

Kleine Auszeit im Advent

Es war super erholsam, besonders haben wir die Sauna nach den ausgiebigen Spaziergängen bei Minusgraden am Strand genossen. Toll war auch die unkomplizierte Nachbuchung der Bettwäsche. Dankeschön nochmal dafür.

top Unterkunft

Insgesamt gesehen macht das gesamte Objekt einen gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Dies bezieht sich auch auf die angemietete Wohnung, wobei hier kleine Anmerkungen aus dem Gästebuch durchaus berechtigt sind und diesen abgeholfen werden sollte, z.B. Stühle mit abwischbaren Überzügen/Stoffen versehen. Zur Tiefgarageneinfahrt kann ich nur sagen, dass man hier wirklich auf engstem Raum geplant hat. Dies widerspricht der doch sehr geräumigen Garage selbst. Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, den wir gerne wiederholen.

Schöne Wohnung , super Urlaub

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung. Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist wirklich super eng, während meines Aufenthaltes haben sich 2 Gäste ihre Autos dort beschädigt ! Leider hatten wir in der Zeit schon morgens Lärm durch Bagger und Radlader welche regelmäßig vor die Tür herfuhren. Der Baustofflagerplatz war drirekt dort am Strandzugang. Die Matratzen könnten gegen bessere Qualität getauscht werden, man spürt deutlich dass diese billig waren und bereits die Metallfedern zu spüren sind. Der Topper hat es gemildert ! Ansonsten Top Wohnung mit Flairund Sauna !Keine Begenungen im Hausflur mit anderen Gästen da alles offen ist ! In Coronazeiten besonders angenehm !

Top zufrieden

Wir hatten sehr kurzfristig gebucht und es hat alles super schnell geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es war alles da was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist Top. Das Meer ist direkt um die Ecke und auch bei kaltem Dezemberwetter sehr zu empfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder . :)

Kommunikation

Es war alles super schön👍 Die Kommunikation vorab hat mir nicht gefallen. Ich habe einfach ein WE an der Ostsee gebucht und dafür 15 Mails ( ich habe nachgezählt) von zwei verschiedenen Adressen bekommen. Für die wichtigen Dinge wie Anreise, Zahlung usw. musste ich ewig den Maiverlauf durchsuchen und war am Ende immer noch nicht sicher ob ich mein Geld an die richtige Stelle überwiesen habe. Ich arbeite im Reisebüro und weiß, dass das kundenfreundlicher geht. Das soll nur eine Anregung sein, wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in einem wirklich sehr schönen Appartement.

Tolle Unterkunft, mit allem was wir gebraucht haben. Sehr großzügig und sehr sauber. Uns hat es lediglich an der Anleitung fur die Sauna gefehlt, wobei das am Ende sehr einfach war. Aber das ist nur ein Hinweis, es war wirklich alles perfekt und ich würde es sofort wieder buchen.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Baabe in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ganz tollen Lage. Sie ist super gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet,was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen.
