Chateau Bavolier

Chateau Bavolier is a Stunning 18th Century Chateau set among the Bordeaux Vineyards, Cote de Blaye appellation and only minutes from Cote de Bourg. The ground floor chateau accommodation comprises of 1beautiful double bedroom, furnished with an antique king-size bed, with ensuite bathroom. The TV lounge/dining area has a comfortable sofa and a large smart TV. The kitchenette has a 2 hob gas top, enough to cook for 2 people. Obviously the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities. We are located on the out skirts of a small village which has all amenities including a small supermarket. Bordeaux city centre is a 40km drive away.

Superbe propriété et accueil hors pair

Gite très propre et confortable, conforme aux photos. L'accueil est excellent, et on vous offre même une bouteille de Saint Emilion grand cru à votre arrivée. Café, thé, jus d'orange et eau à disposition. C'est top. Dommage que le week-end pluvieux nous ait empêché de profiter de l'extérieur très agréable mais ça les propriétaires n'y sont pour rien. Seul bémol, justement, l'humidité et les vieilles pierres ne font pas bon ménage et nous avons eu un peu froid dans le logement. Mais rien de dramatique. Si vous allez dans la région de Blaye, n'hésitez pas à réserver au château Bavolier. Nous recommandons.

Absolut Perfekt!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar! Sie ist im Original genauso schön, wie auf den Fotos. Man fühlt sich wie ein Adeliger in diesem Chateau. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit, dabei aber absolut dezent. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Da der Kühlschrank ziemlich klein ist, hatten wir für Getränkeflaschen eine elektrische Kühltasche dabei. Das war hilfreich. Wer gerne Ausflüge macht, muss dafür etwas weiter fahren. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht. Bordeaux ist gut 40 km entfernt und lohnt einen Ausflug, wenn auch der Verkehr rund um die Stadt reichlich ist. Sehenswert sind auch St. Emilion und Blaye mit der Zitadelle. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße an Jemma
