The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 6 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed, and 1 including 2 single beds Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and a toilet and 2 with a shower.
The villa features air conditionning, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, a washing machine and a dryer.
Note that the cleaning and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 5 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 20€ per pet per night. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
In winter, there will be fees for heating. Electric car socket with presence meter. to be paid on site according to kilowatt.
