THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental is located in Bay Creek Villas. Boats, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed.
Bay Creek pool is open seasonally and is generally closed from October - April.
This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Unit was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn't cook but it looked like the kitchen had all the necessities and then some. It was convenient to my families beach house and was great as "extra bedrooms"

Our family loved the elevator for hauling all our things in & out. Plenty of room and LR/kitchen good space. The beds were, however from hfirm to hard as a rock. I suggest bringing a good mattress topper!

Dirty & Dated

The property is simple. No bells and whistles which was fine for a quick trip however it was dirty, the sliding door out to the balcony didn’t lock. There was just a piece of wood keeping it closed. The furniture & decor was dated except the master bath which was nice. My biggest issue was cockroaches in the condo. A quite large one almost crawled across my foot!!

Everything was fine. There were wasp nest at the hose and grands got stung several times. There were 2 nest. Tin beds were not good.

Dirty & Dated

Everything but the master bathroom was dated. It was not very clean and had a musty smell upon entering. Throughout the stay we saw at least 5 cockroaches and they were not small ones. The master bathroom was not clean and still had hair from the previous visitors and the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. There were times where there were no parking spots available despite the listing saying there were two spots available for the condo. It definitely isn’t a place I would book again.

Happy but had concerns

The condo was very clean and somewhat modernized which we were pleased with. But due to the season It had a smell, which we had a concern about while we were there. But overall a nice condo to rent!
