Beautiful lakeside getaway!

This is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. The lake is stunning and the grounds are well maintained. So many beautiful birds! Once I got settled I was well taken care of. The campground hosts were very kind and helpful. The host was very flexible about check in and check out times.The only difficulty was that the host failed to send any information about the check in procedure, so I didn’t have a code for the lock box and the park office was closed. I sat outside in the cold for nearly an hour before being let in. I think this wouldn’t be an issue if the campground was more full and the office was open. Again, once this was settled, my stay was amazing! Very nourishing and relaxing.
