Cocoonr offers this charming 93 m² house with inflatable spa in Saint-Jean-la-Poterie to rent for up to 8 people. It has a lovely living room (with pellet stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, four lovely bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 3,000 m². Wifi and linen included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A living room with sofa, TV, dining area and pellet stove (1st bag supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds

Additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, air fryer and raclette set.

Outside:
- A beautiful 3,000 m² garden
- A 150 m² double terrace with furniture
- Inflatable SPA

The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-la-Poterie, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Le Cottage de Flore "Our stay at the cottage was absolutely fantastic. It's in a very quiet and peaceful area with a nearby towpath along the river for cycling and running. The house was very spacious and there was lots of outside seating and dining. It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The pool was particularly brilliant - a perfect temperature and lovely size; our 7 and 5 year olds loved it. The trampoline in the garden also brought hours of fun. We were fortunate enough to have clear skies nearly every night which brought incredible stargazing opportunities. The host Sebastien was so helpful and responded to all queries very promptly and gave some excellent recommendations for things to do in the local area with our children. It is also only a 5min drive from Redon train station which enabled us to explore further afield. Overall it made our Brittany holiday absolutely perfect and we wouldn't hesistate to go back. Highly recommended!"

Le Cottage de Flore Notre séjour entre amis s’est très bien passé. Environnement calme et agréable, très peu de vis-à-vis. Les équipements extérieurs sont très bien (table, fauteuil et chaises). Pergola avec toile pour se protéger du soleil. Portail électrique. La mise à disposition de boules de pétanque et de palets nous a permis de bien nous amuser. Piscine assez grande et bien chauffée, c’est agréable ! La seule remarque éventuelle que nous pourrions faire, c’est que le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas bien et que le frigo était un chouilla petit pour nous. Sinon, très bonne communication avec Sébastien.

Les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine en rentrant de nos visites. Je garde cette adresse pour y revenir. Je cherchais le dépaysement et je l'ai eu. Tout était conforme. A très bientôt je pense."

Nous avons eu un dédommagement à ce titre. Pour le reste, le logement était propre et confortable, nous avons passé malgré tout un excellent week-end."
