This house can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the remarkable environment around. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and view of the countryside from the comfort of your home!

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedrooms contain double-sized and single beds respectively with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

There is no washing machine but 2 brand new laundromats with SMS call at the end of the cycle 2km and 3km away.

The house is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

The house is located in a locality made up of several wood-frame constructions in a preserved setting for its proximity to the heritage buildings of the old lime kilns, a NATURA 2000 zone and the typical local hedgerow network. Several walking routes are possible from the house as well as mountain bike paths in the vineyards and small roads for other bikes. The communal swimming pool is accessible on foot via a path through the vineyards at 1.6km. From November 2022, a new swimming pool complex will open and will be accessible on foot at 2 km. There are 2 supermarkets in the vicinity, the closest one at 1.5 km. 4 bakeries are also in the vicinity, the closest one at 1.3 km. A grocery store with local and organic products is accessible on foot through the vineyards or by car at 2.4 km. The Loire River is about 2 km away. A doctor, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a butcher and a beautician are at 2.5km. A sports area with a tennis court is 2km away. A botanical park with children's games, a city park and a walking path (not accessible to strollers) are 2km away. A craft brewery is 4 km away as well as a garden center.

The nearest airport to the property is Nantes Atlantique Airport which is around 65 minutes away and you may explore the city by bus or métro. The house is accessible by car, bus (line 410 from Angers station 4 times a day, stop rue Tournebride, then 950 m on foot) and by bike from the Loire à Vélo trail going up through the village (2km).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Note: Please turn off the lights when they are away, especially the lights on the terrace, and make sure to wash the dishes and empty the dishwasher before they leave.
