The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a large furnished balcony where you can fully relax.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances and essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. Please note that the induction cooking plate currently has only two working burners.

The bedroom contains a comfy double bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The 15th arr. is an eclectic residential area where quaint shops around La Motte Grenelle metro station give way to the Tour Montparnasse skyscraper. The Musée Bourdelle features sculptor Antoine Bourdelle's studio and garden where artists like Chagall also worked. The sprawling Parc André Citroën along the Seine draws tourists and families to greenhouses and a tethered hot-air balloon that offers city views.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
