Exclusive apartment with garden and terrace on Lake Starnberg up to 4 people

This luxurious apartment in the nature reserve of Starnberg near Lake Starnberg is located on the ground floor of a well-kept country house surrounded by a terrace and a wonderfully large garden with pond near Lake Starnberg.
It is a 3-room apartment.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
The living room is furnished with a couch (pull-out), a television, a fireplace and a wall unit with a secretary.
In the apartment there is a bathroom and an extra toilet.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
Washer and dryer are available in the basement.
The large kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle).
Everything you need in the household is there!
Step straight out of the kitchen onto the covered terrace and into the spacious garden.
The glass door to the terrace (with fly screen door) opens up sun and fresh air and the wonderful green in the nature reserve of Starnberg.
The vastness and tranquility of the country will surprise you.
If you walk up the slope, you will see Lake Starnberg through the trees and of course the sailing boats in summer.
A table with chairs and several garden loungers invite you to linger on your personal terrace.
Your terrace has a small private garden part with it. Even a large garden grill is waiting for you!
The garden pond creates a wonderful relaxing atmosphere.

Pets can be brought by arrangement, but there is an extra charge per night.

A flat rate of € 15 per night is charged for a dog.

The price for children / night is as follows:
0-4 years = 15 €
5-12 years = 20 €
13-17 years = 25 €

Getting there:
You can reach us either by car or by S-Bahn from Munich.
In addition, almost every place on the west bank can be reached by train.
The next S-Bahn station is called Possenhofen, although this station is built up in Pöcking.
The Pöcking train station was called "Possenhofen train station" because the Empress Sissi grew up in Possenhofen as a child in the family in her father's castle.
We are 1.5 km from Possenhofen.
The S-Bahn station is a 15-20 minute walk from the Sonnenhof (holiday apartment).
The S-Bahn comes every 20-40 minutes.
A bus runs not far from the house and takes you to Starnberg in a few minutes. However, the bus does not run very often.

Our apartments are located in the Starnberg nature reserve. Fox and hare say good night here, by that I mean that it is very quiet (Starnberg Nature Reserve).
Nevertheless, the property is only 5 minutes away from Starnberg by car.
In addition, hours of bird song walks are possible here.
Our facility, Sonnenhof, offers various apartments. These are located on the same street, but in two different houses built together.
The property is 5 minutes from Starnberg (by car).
The lake is 20.2 km long and there are many places where you can go swimming.

If you look south-east from our windows, you see meadows, a large field and on the arch of the horizon is beautiful forest lined. If you want to reach this forest on foot, go 3 minutes. From this hill, you can see the Starnberg Lake and partially overlook the lake.
You can see from this point when races are taking place at the lake.
You can easily see the other side of the lake from the hill, i.e. the east bank.
If you want to go swimming directly from the dirt road into Lake Starnberg, this is possible if you have reached the top of the hill (in the forest) and continue on foot towards Starnberg through the forest section (Pöcking). How to get to Niederpöcking. Then go straight down the mountain and there is also direct access to the lake in Niederpöcking.
Depending on how fast you are walking, you need about 30-60 minutes for this route.
It is easier if you drive your car from the dirt road to Possenhofen, past the S-Bahn in Pöcking and jump straight into the water there.

my garden was newly created and in the garden there are various terraces with many chairs, tables and loungers.
So you can choose your own area in the garden and make yourself comfortable there.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or terrace! Attention smoke detectors!
Pets only by arrangement
Parking right in front of Haus Sonnenhof (on the street, dirt road) along the house!
On the other side of the garden there is a large garage with a large forecourt at the right end of the property and I ask you to park there.
On this forecourt, because this is my private parking space and therefore the neighbors do not feel disturbed by the course assignment.
