Mas Titourin - Moulin du 18ème entièrement rénové
In Ansouis, one of France's most beautiful villages, near Aix en Provence, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this completely renovated former water mill, set amidst fields, vineyards and forests, with a magnificent view over the village. This 18th-century house (180 m²), built of Lubéron stone and restored using natural materials to respect the structure of the original building, has a 70-acre garden and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Private swimming pool, WiFi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises:
Ground floor:
- 70 m² living room with armchairs, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: two single beds and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub
- Bedroom 4: a king-size bed (180 x 200), two single beds on the mezzanine floor and en-suite shower room
Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private 10×5 m swimming pool, open from 15 April to 15 October unless otherwise requested, with safety cover. The pool can be heated to 24°C for a supplement of €250/week, payable on arrival to our local service provider. Pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- An enclosed, south-facing garden of 7,100 m² overlooking the village of Ansouis.
- A 260 m² terrace with furniture
- Plenty of space for socialising and enjoying the peace and quiet.
Atypical character house in a very pleasant setting. All the essential shops are nearby.
Activities :
- In the heart of the Lubéron nature park, the sea is a 50-minute drive away, and you can go walking or cycling.
- Music and theatre festivals: Avignon, Orange, La Roque d'Anthéron, Aix en Provence...
Transport :
- By car : you can park directly in the house's private outdoor car park (5 cars).
- Or Free public car park 500m away.
- Aix en Provence TGV station about 35 minutes away
- Bus from Pertuis
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual.
