On arrival no host to meet us after a few texts and phone calls found key in key safe cover loose by accident.Apartment not clean no cleaning materials in the apartment, Pictures on advert must be a few years old.Water pressure in showers was a dripple not a comfortable shower or experience. Owner told us someone would open a claim file heard nothing since when we complained as host passed us on.Contacted host told nothing he could do, he would tell owner , Contacted owner regarding cleanliness told speak to host, just passed backwards and forwards.Apartment is very tired but in a lovely area pools very nice.Pans very dirty, microwave not working properly shower rooms dirty.

L'appartement est super avec 2 terrasses

4 golfeurs adultes , l'appartement est vraiment très sympa, il correspond bien a l'annonce. Il manque un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, 1 grande poêle ( celle présente est en mauvais état) un grand saladier ... Les contenants pour 4 adultes sont un peu juste . Ça la 7eme fois que nous venons a Mar Menor et c'est un des plus beaux appartement que nous ayons eu.

Lovely Stay

Really nice apartment that was plenty big enough for a family of 4. Only 15/min walk to the hotel/spar and 20 min walk to the Boulevard. The pool was brilliant and clean. Wasn't too busy and was right behind the apartment, so didn't need to walk far. Will seriously consider coming back to the exact same place next year. Thanks again :)

Ático muy bonito y tranquilo en gran Resort con muchos servicios. Gran terraza con vistas a campo de golf y lago. Una pena que la limpieza fuese escasa y hubiese bastante olor a cerrado. La casa tenía pinta de llevar cerrada tiempo. Necesita un buen repaso (pintura de paredes y varios arreglos para que luzca como merece).

A nice apartment

We had a pain free arrival after asking if we could check in early due to an early flight. We were asked to pay an additional €10 euros to do this which was fine and we met the cleaner there to let us in. The apartment was clean and warm, exactly what we wanted for a long weekend. The only downside was as we had to pay separately for bedding and towels upon arrival, the towels smelt very damp as if they had not been dried properly. We had to use these as no others were there, so I would suggest they check the laundry has been dried and stored properly. Other than that it was very good and a lovely break.

spacious apartment, though little 'tired'

This was a lovely apartment with a balcony and a HUGE terrace, so you had the sun all day. It is very well equipped, even to supplying little sun chairs for around the pool. The rental manager was very helpful. It could have been cleaned a little better, the kitchen worktops where a bit sticky. l even had to sweep and wash the terrace. I had to repair the towel ring in the en suite, as it fell off as l tried to hang up the hand towel. The plug to the sink in the other bathroom is missing. We were somewhat amazed by the bright orange bed sheet that was draped over the white recliner chair in the lounge. On closer inspection we discovered that it was hiding a very badly damaged chair with torn cover! In spite of these short comings, we had a wonderful time, and friends that were also holidaying at the same time have shown an interest in renting it in the future. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

De woning was schoon, keurig onderhouden met alle luxe er in. De locatie was geweldig, veel zwembaden in het park. Vergeet bij het boeken niet een auto te huren want die heb je daar wel nodig
