Valerie’s home is gorgeous! Super spacious and an entertainers dream. Large open concept kitchen with 100+” tv in living area. Collapsing doors to the screened in pool lanai. Outdoor tv and kitchen. The pictures don’t do it justice and the location was great. Nice drive to beach and numerous golf courses. Great location and dog friendly. Outside the screened pool area is a large fenced in tropical paradise that the dogs loved. So much space to run! Would happily bring friends and family here again. Thank you Valerie!

Secluded property with responsive host

Beautifully landscaped, secluded property with sunny yard and screened in pool/hot tub. Drive 15 minutes to beach. Beach towels and chairs provided. Comfortably sleeps eight. House can squeeze up to 12 guests as we did with two small (child size) cots in main room and four kids sharing fourth bedroom (very tight). Hot tub controlled by testing host to turn on/off. Missing a few amenities that make for a cozy stay, but owner very responsive. Nice for families or friends who want to spend time together in sunny Southwest Florida and don't mind a bit of a drive to the beach.

This property is absolutely outstanding. Everything inside and out was brand new or in excellent condition. The kitchen was large, well-appointed with ample dining areas. The living room was very comfortable and had a huge TV for the rare evening we spent inside. All of the bedrooms were very well-furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of room for storage. The bathrooms were very clean and well adorned. Our favorite area was the pool/outdoor patio area. The saltwater pool and hot tub were top notch. There was a large outdoor couch and dining area with and adjacent TV. The grill is massive and worked great. The house is on a large lot and within a quiet neighborhood so there was plenty of privacy. Our host Valerie was very responsive and truly cared about providing us with an outstanding experience.

Great family vacation!!

This was a perfect house for our entire family. We were a family of 10, 3 generations, 6 adults and 4 children ages 6-10. Each of the couples had their own en suite accommodation and the 4 children shared a bedroom together. It was perfect! We spent most of our time on the lanai enjoying the pool and hot tub! What a perfect setup! March Madness games played on the huge family room tv and on the tv on the lanai. The kids and their dads played football and played with frisbees in the huge backyard. The grandkids rode their electric scooters up and down the quiet street. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic! This house has everything you need and more! And everything is top of the line! Valerie was a great and responsive host and your stay at this property will be one of the best vacations you'll ever enjoy! Thanks for a great time Valerie!

My other listing has 5 star ratings from guest and last peak season I rented this special place and received 5 stars from every traveler listed on another website.I’ve always believed in treat people the way you expect to be treated and everyone will have the experience they are expecting.
