This charming 50 m² flat in Bénodet is 100 m from the beach and has a swimming pool, sauna and steam room. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster ,Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, electric mixer, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- A sleeping area in the corridor with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath and WC.
- A separate WC

Outside:
- A 6 m² private terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Shared exterior :
- A swimming pool (heated, shared) of around 90 m², with whirlpool/jacuzzi area at no extra cost, open from April to October (non-contractual opening dates subject to change by the residence).
- A sauna and hamman at no extra cost.
- An enclosed bicycle storage area.

The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
