Furnished and equipped apartment for 4 people.
Mediterranean Residence 1 km from the beach and shops. Private parking.
Located on the 2nd and last floor, composed of an entrance leading to the main room with living room, convertible sofa for 2 people and television.
Open kitchen: electric hob, top refrigerator, senseo coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Separate bedroom with a 140x190 double bed.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
A terrace with a splendid sea view, private parking space.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: âŹ8.00).
WIFI BOX rental: âŹ39/week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks).

Saint Pierre La Mer is a resort where you will find shops and restaurants, a large number of activities!
The main attraction of the resort remains its large 5 km fine sandy beach cut in two by the rock of the battery. On one side, the beach extends to the Pissevaches pond, on the other to the "Brossolette" port of Narbonne-plage.
This beach is supervised 7 days a week from mid-June to mid-September. It is equipped with showers and animated in season.
Your stay will be punctuated by numerous festive events: fireworks, concerts, local markets, etc. Every evening you will have the choice between a craft night market along the seafront or an imposing funfair: carousel and small horses for the little ones, thrill rides for the older ones, in a family atmosphere with the smell of crepe and cotton candy !
