House located in a quiet area 2 km from the town of Espelette, at the end of a dead end road, close to forests and offering a privileged view of the mountains. Fitted kitchen area (fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob), living room, lounge, 1 small bedroom (1 double bed), 1 large bedroom (1 double bed), shower room/wc. Electric heating included.
