A cozy little nest for two very close to Espelette Gîte renovated in 2019, located on the 2nd floor of the owners' house on the edge of the road linking Espelette to St Pée-sur-Nivelle. Equipped kitchen (top fridge, washing machine, microwave, 2-burner ceramic hob), dining area on high table with stools, 2 convertible armchairs, TV. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Shower room/wc. Electric heating included. Balcony with table and chairs. Small shared unfenced land, open courtyard, private parking. A stone's throw from the village of Souraide and 2.5km from Espelette.
