Experience the best of both worlds (mountain and lake) at this family-friendly, first-floor studio! You'll enjoy all the conveniences of a home away from home. Start your day off on the right foot with a delicious cup of coffee on your private balcony overlooking the pool. Then, prepare quick meals or snacks on the go in the well-equipped kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher), or watch your favorite shows on the cable-equipped TV. There is a gas fireplace to make your stay even more pleasant, especially during the winter months. Shared amenities include a firepit, gas grills, a private beach, a heated pool, and a seasonal pool by the private beach with a kid's pool.

Things to Know
There are four beach towels available.
High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no cameras inside the unit itself.

Ski shuttle details: Check for availability with the Ski Resorts. Lakeland Village does not provide transportation.


Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no diving or jumping off the dock, and no fishing.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
