Electric blinds. 1 large south-west corner balcony. 1 parking space in the building's garage (maximum height approx. 180 cm), 1 outside parking space subject to availability. Excellent location at the start of the Tracouet slopes in Haute-Nendaz, close to all amenities. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
