This beautifully renovated chalet sleeps up to 10 guests in four en suite bedrooms.
Set on the edge of the busy village of La Clusaz, you'll be in a great location to take advantage of the pistes in winter (200m) and the wonderful hiking and biking trails in the Aravis mountains during the rest of the year.

With two double bedrooms on the ground floor, and two more on the second floor, it's a great place for two families who each want a degree of privacy, or for a group of friends. Families in particular will love the top floor suite, with a kingsize bed separated from two single beds. All of the kingsize beds can be arranged as twin beds if you prefer, making the sleeping arrangements very flexible.

The living area has been cleverly arranged so that the kitchen, dining area and seating area all enjoy the great view over the village and mountains. There's also a wraparound terrace with room to eat outside, or just sit in the sun and soak up the view from the jacuzzi.

NOTE: One dog is welcome free of charge per stay. Additional pets may be accepted with a 100 euro fee/pet. This will be payable on arrival by cash, bank transfer or cheque. Thank you for your understanding.

The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up

Beautiful home; Amazing views

We had everything we needed. Home is beautifully constructed with modern materials. Beauregard gondola ski path is a short walk up or down the street. Charlotte helped us with anything we needed.

Just amazing

The Chalet is really amazing, new and built with great materials / taste, luxury (view, jacuzzi, quality), everything is designed with taste and sense of details. The chalet is huge with 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom and large shared spaces? Manager / owner are also really helpful. Definitely recommend it and good value for money

Il n’y a rien à redire sur la qualité du chalet ou des services, tout était parfait ! Que ce soit en termes d’équipement, de proximité des pistes ou des commerces, vraiment c’est le chalet idéal pour une semaine au ski. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation !

Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille dans le chalet Fernand. Le chalet est super cosy et tout y est pour qu'on se sente bien. La vue est à couper le souffle. Le village de La Clusaz est très joli et il y a de nombreuses activités possibles (patinoire, randonnées, VTT,...)
