In the commune of Plévenon, Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming single-storey house for rent, just one kilometer from the beach at Château Serein. With a surface area of 165 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises a 70 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 900 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises
- 70 m² living room with sofa and TV
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: one bed (140×200), en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity unit, towel rail
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be brought together to form a double bed (160x200 or separable into 2x 80x200).
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×200)
- Bathroom with shower and double washbasin
- Two separate WCs

Exterior :
- A 900 m² south-facing garden, planted with trees and enclosed, with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Plévenon, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential shops, as well as a butcher's, baker's, bar, tobacconist's, creperie, hairdresser's...

Le Kerivet Un lieu et une maison remarquables. Cependant, les problèmes ont commencé après notre départ. Il semble qu'il aurait fallu nettoyer le sol avec une grande minutie et replacer chaque objet exactement comme ils étaient disposés à notre arrivée. La propriétaire nous a présenté une facture de 400 euros, en partie parce que certains objets n'étaient pas à leur emplacement d'origine, parce qu'elle prétend que nous avons endommagé la machine à café, bien qu'elle fonctionnait parfaitement, et parce que, selon elle, nous avons cassé un rideau dans une armoire, qui était pourtant en bon état. De plus, elle a facturé 200 euros supplémentaires pour le ménage, ce qui est assez surprenant, surtout sachant que dans la description du logement, il était indiqué que le ménage devait être fait par le locataire
