Welcome to our/your home away from home

This prime location in South Maui is located directly across from Kamaole Beach III. It sits on fifteen acres of lush manicured tropical gardens with fountains, walking paths and benches; creating a botanical garden park effect.

Also on the grounds there is a large swimming pool, a children's pool, two hot tubs, a ping-pong table, tennis courts and an exercise room.

Our condo unit is a top floor penthouse with both a magnificent ocean view and a stunning view of Mt. Haleakala. It is a corner unit with an extra window in the living room giving more light and privacy to the unit. The condo is newly renovated with no carpets making it hypo-allergenic.

There is a Cal-king bed with private bath in the loft master bedroom and there are two twin beds in main floor bedroom with an adjoining bathroom.

There is the standard air-conditioner in the living room/loft area plus an additional air-conditioner in the twin bedroom . Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

The condo has 3 TV's .

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery further adding to the feeling of a home away from home.

Why Joseph Cosmai chose South Maui

My wife and first came to Maui on our honeymoon in 1976. When we finally came back on our 20th anniversary we realized how foolish we were not to have come back sooner. We now had two children who also loved Maui so we decided to look for a condo. We looked all over Kihei, both north and south and found hands down, what we knew already, that Kamaole Sands was the best place in Kihei and Kehei was where we wanted to be. We bought our first condo at Kamaole Sands in 2002, a one BDRM, but found that as our family grew we needed a two BDRM so we purchased this 2 BDRM in 2007.

What makes this condo unique

Kamaole Sands has it all but mostly it has location, location, location. It is acroos the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, It is one mile or less fron the Shops at Wailea. It is 15 minutes from the airport and/or the aquarium. And it is near some of the best restaurants on Maui.

Quiet, comfortable, well equipped condo

This condo was nicely appointed, with comfortable seating in the living room, very comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen with good quality cookware, utensils, and lots of condiments. It is a very quiet, top floor unit, so no noise from people above, with a shady lanai that was lovely for coffee in the morning and a wonderful spot to relax after a day in the sun. The parking was very convenient, a quiet BBQ area was just beside the building, the pool was a short walk away....close enough to access easily but far enough that you heard no noise from the pool area. It was a lovely, cool, quiet oasis and we enjoyed our stay here very much. We would definitely rent it again. Joe, the owner, is a pleasure to work with.

Great view , great location , great value!

You won't regret staying at this awesome corner top floor condo. It's location is perfect for your Maui vacation,

The unit was exactly as described in this listing and it is really a home away from home. Parking spot, pool, BBQ's and elevator access are all so close to this unit which makes it all super convenient. There is one of the best Maui beaches for families right across the street and the resorts pool and grounds are all very well maintained and beautiful. Joe and Florence were great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful peace of paradise.

Beautiful condo, Haleakela view, quiet corner unit

This condo had everything we needed and was nicely decorated, with some lovely art on the walls. The top floor corner unit was quiet and cool without using AC. There was a beautiful view of the mountain from the lanai. Our parking spot was right by the back gate to Kamaole Sands, making it super easy to get in and out for shopping, etc. The owners were easy to work with, and they responded promptly to our questions and requests. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time during our stay! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Joe and Florence!

Beautiful Condo

We stayed at this condo in the second part of April. The condo was beautifully furnished with lots of room for our family. The unit was clean, fully stocked and the air conditioning worked great. There is an awesome view of the ocean from the lanai. This unit is on the top floor at the end of the building so is quiet and relaxing. It's also very close to the parking to stall for this unit as well as a quick walk to the pool and grill that is part of the complex. Joe the owner was excellent to deal with and answered any questions we had immediately. There were also beach chairs and boogie boards for our teenage boys to take to the beach which was a nice extra! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful unit

Four female friends stayed in this beautiful unit for a week in March and we really enjoyed it. We loved how close it was to the exit, the pool and just a short walk to the beach, yet was quiet enough. Everything we needed was in the unit - thanks so much! We also loved that on our first evening we had dinner on the lanai and could see the whales jumping in the ocean. What a treat! The owner was great to deal with - answered emails quickly. Nice unit, for a lot of reasons.

We've been to Maui before so we knew the central location would allow us to see a lot in a short time. The 3rd floor end unit allowed for views of both the ocean and the mountains as well as a short walk to the pool and grill. The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked. Overall, a great choice.

There is a $220 one time cleaning and administration fee. There are no other costs to you at registration. Also, we use a highly efficient management company that will meet and greet you upon arrival. They will contact you, via e-mail, as soon as I receive your 20% deposit.

Credit cards are not accepted. A 20% deposit is required within 10 days of booking. The balance plus the $400 refundable security deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival.
