#3 Uncertain Oasis-Uncertain Lodge and Inn

Uncertain Lodge and Inn is a local, family owned Inn, located on a picturesque piece of land on beautiful Caddo Lake. #3 Uncertain Oasis is a waterfront room. This room does not have a water front view, but it is right around the corner, allowing you to walk around the corner, to immediately enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful view.
#3 Uncertain Oasis offers a full size bed, a twin bed, and a bathroom, which is very nice and comfortable for an individual, a couple, or a small family, looking for a cozy place to get away.
All linens are provided, including sheets, comforters, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. We provide a 2-burner electric cook top for your convenience, however, you must bring your own cooking utensils. We also have a very welcoming pavilion with picnic tables, 3 charcoal grills (charcoal and lighter fluid not provided), a smoker, and a full size refrigerator for your use. This area is great for bringing groups together for dinner, entertaining, or just for relaxing and unwinding.
#3 Uncertain Oasis also has a full-size refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker (with coffee provided). Small bars of soap are also provided for your use.
All of the rooms at Uncertain Lodge and Inn are non-smoking, however, you are welcome to smoke outside on the premises.
Uncertain Lodge and Inn is located next door to a popular boat launch, Johnson's Ranch Marina.
Time spent at Uncertain Lodge and Inn is sure to give you a relaxing escape, from grilling, fishing, boating, and playing games in the lake front yard. We also provide canoes and kayaks for our guests to enjoy, free of charge. With Caddo Lake being a 25,400-acre lake, you will never run out of memory making activities. You can expect great fun, with friends and family, making you want to stay longer with every visit.

Upon arrival, your door will be unlocked for you, and your key will be on the table for you. While there is no office on premises, we are available if you need anything at all!

Nice location lodge and inn

The lodge is located at the lakeside, you can easily access the lake. Free boats and life jackets are available for the guests to use, which is very nice! The room is clean and cozy, the only downside is the Wi-Fi signal in this room (#3) is terrible, I literally had no Wi-Fi to use in the room, you get some signal on the side of Room #1 and #2, and the BBQ area. The TV remote controller was also missing, we managed to manually adjust the TV channels. The wall is thin, and the guests next to us kept TV on all night long, it was loud enough that we could hear every single word from their TV. So we barely had any sleep that night. I communicated the situation with the property host by message, no response from her. Luckily the guests checked out on the 2nd day, so it was good afterwards. you want to bring food since there are no restaurants in that small town. Overall, I think the location is the best, the room condition can be improved. I would recommend staying in this lodge, just try to book Room #1 or 2 so you will get a better Wi-FI signal.

Leanne and I both grew up in Marshall Texas - in fact, we grew up directly across the street from one another. Our friendship started early on. Leanne left town to pursue a degree in nursing, and I remained in town, pursuing my dream of living on Caddo Lake. I have been to many lakes over the years, but I have always had a passion and love for Caddo Lake. I moved here to Caddo Lake in 2020, where I began making my dreams come true. The only thing missing, was my dream girl to share in the experience with me. Leanne and I rekindled our friendship long distance, as she was living in the DFW area. In April 2025, we married on our property here on Caddo Lake, and she and our son Parker, now call Caddo Lake "our home", and we enjoy making memories every day!
We look forward to meeting all of our guests, and helping you create memories as well!

When I saw this property with such stunning views and perfect access to the lake that I love, I knew that this was the perfect opportunity to share the gift of Caddo Lake with everyone else. Our property is located in one of the most popular areas of the lake, offering guests the most optimal experience. Leanne, Parker, and I live a half mile away, allowing us to visit with the guest and share the history of Caddo Lake everyone.
