Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 60 m² apartment with sea view, less than a kilometer from the beach, for rent in the commune of Cancale. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The apartment is composed as follows
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower, WC

The apartment is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the apartment.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo train station, 21 min. away by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 1 hour by car

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels included

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Apparemment très agréable.

Satisfait du séjour, à noter cependant, les odeurs de cuisine, inévitables du fait du restaurant situé en dessous du logement, ainsi des bruits nocturnes d'autres résidents.

Geen internet. geen airco. Geur van restaurant gelijkvloers tot in het appartement. Parkeren in de buurt onmogelijk. Prijs/kwaliteit niet evenwichtig."

Si vous souhaitez partir avant 8h, il faut débourser 30€ par heure de décalage. On voulait partir vers 4h du matin, c'était dont 120€ hors budget pour nous. Femme enceinte de 6 mois avec un bébé de 10 mois qui ne supporte pas la route en journée, le retour a été un vrai enfer ! Aucune flexibilité de Valérie Aucun sourire Pas du tout commerciale et avenante Aucune empathie de sa part L'appartement en lui-même est bien situé par contre le sol était un peu sale (sable, cheveux) Faire très attention à l'eau chaude inversé à l'évier de la cuisine (risque de brulure) Pas de gel douche Pas de gel pour les mains Pas de shampoing Pas de petite poêle Pas de pelle pour le balai Pr 4 personnes en 1 semaine : 1 rouleaux de papier toilette 1 dosette pr le lave-vaisselle Logement en hyper centre calme la semaine et bruyant le Week-end !"

L appartement était très propre. 🙁 Je n ai pas apprécié la literie (matelas a ressort vieillissant). Il a été impossible de se garer a proximité de l appartement le jour de notre arrivée (un samedi après midi) : pas du tout pratique pour les bagages."

Seul bémol : impossible de garer sa voiture gratuitement à proximité. Pour cela il faut chercher une place à plusieurs centaines de mètres dans les hauteurs de Cancale (et donc pouvoir marcher et ne pas être trop chargé)."
