Near the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, it is also only 3 minutes away from the tram stop Garibaldi Le Château that connects the airport.

IMPORTANT : Following several comments about noise, all windows were completely replaced with double soundproofed glazing in December 2025.



Welcome to our Apartment,

Located on the third floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi...

This apartment consists in a two bedroom with comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower and WC, living room with a small balcony. There is no television but you will find a mini projector with integrated apps (Netflix, Prime, Molotov TV, etc.) mobile, which you can move around the apartment.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, hotplates, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.

This is a no smoking apartment.



Access



Apartment is ideally located between Garibaldi Square and the Harbor, less than 5 minutes away from Garibaldi Square’s tram.

The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don't hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it.

Neighborhood



Apartment is ideally located in the Harbor area, which is one of the most popular districts of Nice. This lively area offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 5 minutes on foot. Walk along the Port and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi Le Château. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 100m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 500m away on the Harbor.

Train station « Nice Riquier » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Parking Port Lympia.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
