🏔️Slopeside~Hot Tub~Top Floor~Studio Premier 410🏔️

Updated second-floor studio condominium with incredible views of Snowmass Ski Area. This condominium includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom, a balcony with a grill and a personal wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. Laurelwood 410 offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season.

Laurelwood 410 is located in the heart of Snowmass Village - you are just steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Wonderful condo!

We were greeted by friendly front office staff and the property was beautifully landscaped. I didn’t realize that our room was upstairs so it made it a little difficult with a stroller and no elevator but was worth the slope side condo. Warm welcome, fully stocked kitchen with salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee. Would definitely visit again!

Had to change rooms there were a few issues and then the mold/mildew smell was the final decision to move rooms. It was too small for a family fine for a couple.

Beautiful location!

We had a wonderful time staying in Snowmass for the balloon festival. This unit was a great location with access to shopping, hiking trails and was walking distance to the free shuttle. The unit was clean and has a great view of the mountain. The pull-out couch bed was very hard. Definitely not ideal for sleeping. We slept 4 in the condo so we had to use the couch bed and we survived but it could definitely have a nicer mattress or cover on it to make it more comfortable. The unit isn’t top floor like the listing had me believe. It’s a middle floor which was perfectly fine for us, just an FYI. Overall we were very happy with our stay and truly enjoyed our time!
