'Les 3 Marmottes' est un très joli studio pour 1 à 4 personnes, situé au Chinaillon, la station de ski du Grand-Bornand.
La baie vitrée, le balcon et la terrasse (exposés sud) offrent une vue panoramique sur le domaine skiable et une grande partie de la chaîne des Aravis.
Ce nid douillet, rénové régulièrement, est très bien aménagé avec un équipement de qualité (dont des literies neuves ou récentes) et est très lumineux.
Il se compose d'une pièce-à-vivre avec un espace cuisine et repas, d'un salon, d'une petite chambre séparée, d'une salle-de-bain et WC. Il dispose d'un casier à skis et d'un local à vélos si besoin.
Situé à environ 450 m des pistes et 350 m des commerces (arrêt skibus en face) et départ de randonnées à quelques mètres.
En option : ménage de départ, location de linge (draps et serviettes de toilette) et d'équipement bébé.
