Gite on 2 levels, in the house adjoining that of the owners. Raised ground floor (level access from the road) including a living room-kitchen, a lounge opening onto a balcony, separate WC (hand basin). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with balcony (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single beds 80x190 cm), a bathroom (shower and WC). Laundry room in the basement cellar, with access from the outside (washing machine, dryer, freezer). Land (access via a staircase from the balcony. At the top of the hamlet of La Grange, terraced house with 2 balconies and land of 1500 m². Beautiful renovation of this spacious cottage, enjoying a clear view of the mountain. Possibility of storing skis and bicycles in the cellar in the basement. Sloping street parking for one car. Shops and supermarket open all year round, in Aigueblanche, 7 km away. 6 km from the Valmorel/St François-Longchamp resort (165 km ski area) or 3.5 km from the Rocher ski lift, Valmorel connection, a pedestrian family resort, offering numerous mountain activities and entertainment, summer and winter. Cross-country ski trails 5 km away, Naves Nordic area 22 km away (classic and skating cross-country skiing), on a south-facing slope, surrounded by nature, with an exceptional panorama of the Vanoise, Lauzière and Beaufortain massifs . 8 km away, Morel leisure center, aquatic and fun area with sports equipment. Nearby, the famous Col de la Madeleine, between the Tarentaise and Maurienne valleys.

Skiurlaub

Sehr nette Vermieter, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ideal gelegen für den Skiurlaub in Valmorel. Zum Skibus ca. 300 Meter zu laufen und Fahrzeit ca. 12 min. zur Hauptliftanlage. Zum großen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt ca. 15 min. Fahrzeit mit dem Auto ins Tal. Die Wohnung ist deutlich größer als die Appartements die in Valmorel angeboten werden. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit
