This charming 50 m² air-conditioned flat in Ajaccio, around 500 m from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and an 8 m² balcony. The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside
- An 8 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Ajaccio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Ajaccio 1.5 km (about 4 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, 3 km (about 5 minutes by car).
A car is recommended to fully enjoy the region.
