Villa Victorine 50 meters from Omaha Beach

The villa Victorine, offers accommodation, on the 1st floor of a house, in the town of Saint Laurent-sur-Mer, a high place of the landing in Normandy of the allied troops, during the second world war.
The accommodation includes: a landing, adjoining a living room, in which, is installed, a table desk, a flat screen TV. This room, gives access to a balcony with the sea view.
2 guest rooms are available.
The one I propose in this publication, has,
First Chamber:
- a king size bed, dimensions 180 cm X 200 cm, with a view of the hill/cliff,
- a bathroom, with a vanity unit, doors and drawers,
- a shower cubicle,
- a cupboard with shelves,
- independent toilets on the landing of the floor,
- a room available, for your cloakroom, luggage room, coffee, tea and drinks area,
- Free Wifi.
The room is comfortable, with high quality bedding.
The housing is on one level, all the walls are straight, there is no creeper or beam.
On the ground floor, 2 terraces, a tiled 25 m2, west side, and one wooden, 20 m2, sea side.
It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment, nor on the balcony, but quite allowed, outside, on the tiled terrace.
The situation is very quiet, the house is located in a dead end road. free parking in the gravelled courtyard.
From the villa Victorine you will have access on foot (3 minutes), to the memorials, "signal", and on the beach, the sculpture "Les Braves". On the dike, you can walk along the sandy beach of Omaha, for a walk of 4 km, and see some water and outdoor activities.
Going up, the boulevard of the Liberation, the visit of the memorial museum (200 m) is necessary by its 1400 m2 of collections, uniforms, personal objects, weapons and vehicles.
The American cemetery of Colleville-sur-Mer, is only 2.5 km, and a little further, on the road going to Grandcamp-Maisy, the site ofthe tip of Hoc, deserves to go there, or, awaits you, a breathtaking view of the sea...
You can eat in one of the four restaurants present in the town. Two are in contact with the villa Victorine.
