Sweet by the Sea is the perfect unit for a small family getaway! Between the Resort amenities and the unit features you will be able to unwind and enjoy a carefree vacation! Additionally, you will have many local attractions nearby!

As you enter this unit you will walk into your beach paradise! Sweet by the Sea has been fully decorated and stocked with all the needed essentials to ensure your vacation is carefree! The kitchen provides a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances allowing you to explore your local cuisine in the comfort of your home!

Sit back and relax on your private balcony enjoying the breathtaking sunrises each morning! And then adventure out and explore the many attractions in the area! Shores of Panama features indoor/outdoor pools, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, tiki bars -serving food and cocktails, and so much more!

Your master bedroom features a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom. It also features beautiful views of the emerald waters! Down the hallway, you will find the bunk alcove which is perfect for the kiddos. The bunk room features a twin over full bunk bed! Each bunk has its own TV for games and watching your favorite movies! Lastly, extra sleeping is available in the pull-out queen sleeper sofa and Full Sleeper sofa!

Family beach trip

Room was clean , lots of waiting for elevators and the beach and pool were crowded but we enjoyed our stay. Parking garage very difficult to navigate as well.

The facility was very clean, pretty, luxurious. However, for a family, I would not recommend it. There was a lot of people smoking weed, foul music being played, lots of drunk people, not very nice to have as a family. If that’s your desire, then it’s perfect. We didn’t like it with our children.

the experience was so bad from the elevators to the parking garage to the check in to the stupid rules at the pool. no balls in the pool, seriously? will never refer this place to anyone or ever stay there again.

Small issues but overall good stay!

Overall we had a great stay! We had a beautiful view and we loved that we were on the top floor. Couple things to complain about, in one of our bathrooms the shower liner was SO moldy! The facet in the same shower was loose as well so it wouldn’t stay in warm, it kept turning to extreme hot. The living room and bedroom tv did not work. The light was out on our patio. Lastly, check in was at 4pm. I was emailing the company to see if we could check in early. They said as long as it’s clean yes. When we got there we emailed to see if it was ready and they told us we couldn’t enter until 4. And the resort did tell us it was all ready and clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is spectacular of the beach and the pool! However we had a few kinks in our trip - upon arrival the parking spot assigned to us was roped off with caution tape. To go back down to the office to see what to do was not ideal after driving 6 hours to get there on a Friday evening. We had issues with the TV the entire time we were there, which was frustrating as it was opening college football weekend. There are not any curtains in the bedroom, so it's very bright when the sun comes up as well as the blinds were broken and no rod to help turn the shades. The property itself is a fun place to stay! Other reviews are correct in that the elevators can be really tough to get on, which makes this extra tough being on the 23rd floor - stairs aren't a great option for that high up. The parking deck is very tight and busy as well.

The condo was spotlessly clean and the ocean view from the deck was absolutely beautiful. We spent so much time out there just taking in the scenery when our toddler went to bed.The accommodations were perfect for our family of three (two adults and our toddler). The bunk bed setup was great to have as an option, and the overall layout was comfortable and well maintained.The amenities really made this stay special. The pool area was fantastic, and having the on-site food and bar options was such a convenient bonus. We loved being able to grab meals and drinks without having to leave the property.Check-in was super smooth and easy, which we always appreciate after a long travel day.The only minor issue was that one of the elevators was out of service during our stay, but honestly it wasn't a big deal and didn't impact our vacation at all.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again on our next Panama City Beach trip. The combination of the beautiful views, clean accommodations, and excellent amenities made for a memorable vacation!

Expensive trip for a mediocre stay

To no fault of the property owner - the facility was terrible in regards to elevators, staff, and accommodations. In regards to the room itself - there were a few things that could have been cleaned (which again goes towards staff). The pullout couch in the living room was broken and couldn’t be slept on. I was pregnant and miserable. Also couldn’t use the televisions. Used our own mobile devices and iPads during our stay.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view on 23rd too floor

Beautiful condo with perfect view of pool and beach . Condo had everything we needed too ! Only complaint we had was with Blue Sewel property management co as we were told our pool and resort amenities wristband and parking pass was included and would be in our condo waiting on us and it wasn’t and you are unable to speak to anyone after 500 . We had to go to Panama Shores resort and pay additional $85 the next day to use the pool and be allowed to park at resort . We didnt even get to use the pool our first day . But overall , it’s an amazing condo and we throughly enjoyed our trip . We will book here again next year since now we know all the rules and fees .

Stay at shores of Panama sweet by the sea

Unit has a noisy HVAC system, sounds like something is rattling around in the duct work at all times. Microwave handle was missing, neither TV worked when we arrived, had to reconnect the cable wires to get them functional. On of the chairs on the balcony was falling apart. Unit had a strange, musty smell to it. We liked shores of Panama overall and would probably stay there again but probably not this unit. Unit did appear to be clean overall, just a little beat up.

Nightmare vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I do not have any complaint of the property management company. They did their job. The actual shores of panama is managed very poorly. The actual unit we stayed in was very clean. There are places on the ceiling that look like they are failing cracks in the wall, washing machine doesn't work but I think these are all just due to the age of the unit. From arrival to departure this was the worst stay our family has ever had. A child went missing during our stay and later was found to have drown in the ocean. There was two days of helicopters, police with dogs knocking on doors and on roof tops, boats and jet skis and atv's going back and forth right in front of the unit. The elevator system on this complex is an absolute nightmare. Very very long wait times everytime. Most the time not all elevators are working and there is only 4 elevators for the entire 1000 unit complex. Parking garage always backed up and parking in the small spaces is crazy.

Amy, thank you for your response. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the overall unit at Shores of Panama. This is a newly listed unit and the owner has recently redecorated the unit to ensure the guests have a carefree vacation with us. During the peak seasons, the elevators and parking garages can be crowded. While we are also saddened by the event that happened in Panama City Beach during your stay with us, the city was working very hard to find the child that went missing which is why there were police and helicopters all around the resort. It is unfortunate that you felt you had to give this owners condo a 1 star review they just purchased this condo and put a lot of time and money into making it very comfortable and nice for their guests. While you did say you enjoyed the condo your issues were outside of the owners reach. They had no control of a child going missing or a helicopter flying over searching for the lost child. Just to clarify there are 6 major elevators not 4 and and all condos on the beach do have major wait times during the summer. However, the police had shut down some of the elevators while they were looking for the lost child. There are 700 condos not 1000 and if you were upset with the HOA and how they manage that is still not a reflection on the owner, who did provide a new clean, updated condo for you to enjoy. Lastly the washing machine is working it just is a newer machine and is very tricky to operate and we will make sure we put better instructions on there for guests to figure out how to use it. Beautiful view on the top floor. Spikes on the floor from carpet coming up. Washing machine was hit or miss on working. Staff at the condo not friendly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location, balcony overlooks the pools and ocean.DO NOT rent from Blue Swell Rentals and Real Estate. Horrible customer service!! I rented this room and another from them at Sterling Reef. SOP room was great, Sterling Reef was an absolute disaster from check in to check out. See review on Sterling Reef PH02.
