The object is a high-quality apartment with a spacious sun terrace in southwest orientation with stunning views towards the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. The 2018 completed house is located in the heart of the seaside resort Altefähr only 150 meters from the harbor and the 2014 beach promenade on the hillside of Klingenberg away from the hustle and bustle. The 77 square meter large with underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi apartment has a spacious bathroom with infrared cabin, a cozy bedroom with extra TV and a spacious living room with fold-out sofa bed (mattress 1.50 x 2.00 m), open kitchen, bar area and large Panoramic windows, from which one offers a great view towards Stralsund. The 28 square meter terrace invites you to extensive breakfast, sunbathing and cozy barbecues. In addition, an underground parking space (with car charging station) belongs to the apartment. On request, we can provide you with a highchair, a cot or an extra guest bed ready. Appointed in 2016 to the seaside resort of Altefähr offers everything for a relaxing reprimand holiday: a picturesque harbor with boat rentals / surfing and sailing school, a newly landscaped beach with DLRG tower and beach volleyball court, nice restaurants and cafes in the immediate harbor, a high ropes course in the adjacent spa park, cycling and hiking trails, a ferry to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund during the summer season. For golfers 2 beautiful golf courses are easily accessible. A stand up paddle board can be borrowed on request. As a special highlight, experience the spectacular view from Altefährer Strand to Stralsund at sunset! Furthermore, the Seebad Altefähr is the ideal starting point for all activities on the island of Rügen!

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super. Der Blick auf Stralsund über den Strelasund war zu jeder Tageszeit reizvoll. Was auch sehr schön war, das man in der IR-Sauna sich nach einem ereignisreichen Tag toll entspannen konnte. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Kurze Auszeit übers Wochenende

Wir waren übers Wochenende auf Rügen und haben unseren Aufenthalt in der sehr schönen Wohnung in Altefähr genossen.Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick über den Strelasund.Auch die kleine Sauna habe ich genutzt.Man kann von Altefähr direkt mit der Fähre nach Stralsund fahren und hier die Altstadt erkunden.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Einziges Manko gegenüber der Beschreibung, keine Möglichkeit des Grillens. Laut Hausordnung nur noch elektrisch möglich, doch auch dieser Grill war nicht vorhanden, ansonsten alles picobello und wir kommen gerne wieder 👍

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Fewo war sehr schön und die Lage 1A. Nur zum Ende hin haben wir mit einer Mückenplage kämpfen müssen, so dass wir die Terrasse leider nicht mehr nutzen konnten!

wir hatten 9 wunderschöne Tage in der sehr guten Unterkunft, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, tolle Ausstattung, Tiefgarage, Infrarotsauna, super Garten mit schöner Aussicht auf Stralsund. Und natürlich Rügen an sich, immer eine Reise wert. Der kleine Hafen mit Fährverbindung nach Stralsund auch klasse. Kann ich nur Empfehlen sowie den sehr Guten Hausmeisterservice. Von der Buchung, über Schlüsselübergabe, Sauberkeit, Größe der Wohnung, Lage war alles perfekt.

In dieser komfortablen, großzügigen Ferienwohnung kann man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen, was besonders wichtig ist, wenn das Wetter nicht so mit spielt.Der Blick aufs Meer und Stralsund waren zusätzlich besonders ideal.Altefähr ist ein beschaulicher Ort mit kleinem Hafen und für schöne Spaziergänge geeignet.

Schöner Urlaub

Haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und so kann man sich super erholen. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man in der Küche braucht. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und es lässt sich auf der Terrasse gut sitzen. Leider gibt es nicht viel Möglichkeiten, Lebensmittel einzukaufen, so das man immer fahren muss. Im Großen und Ganzen war es aber ein toller Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Es hat uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist geschmackvoll und und mit Wert auf die kleinen Details zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Die Lage mit Blick auf Stralsund ist sehr schön.
