Located at the 5th floor of the Epicea residence, this beautiful apartment is very close to the welcome center and easy to ski-in/ski-out.
- Entrance with a bedroom on the right composed of a double bed (140x200cm), closet and office space.
- Hallway will lead you to the bathroom with a bath and then an independant toilet
- In the living area you'll find a dining table, a beautiful kitchen fully equiped and a living area with a large sofa bed (160x200cm)
- Beautiful views over the village and Hauts-Forts from living area and access to the balcony.
This apartment can welcome up to 4 travelers in comfort

This neighborhood is close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment as well ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket are a few steps away from the residence.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk to the apartement if you don't have too much stuff (350m).
