Gorgeous apartment in Svetvincenat

In the beautiful town of Svetvincenat, known for the historical Grimani Fortress, this nicely furnished vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a family house, which is the ideal setting for a wonderful vacation. The owners live on the opposite side of the house, so guests have plenty of privacy. A large terrace adorns the house, as well as the well-kept garden with cypress trees. In the evening you can taste a glass of local wine and enjoy the view of the fortress, where numerous cultural and entertainment events are held in the summer, not to be missed.

We had a wonderful holiday in Istria thanks to the great holiday apartment. The owners are absolutely friendly people who are happy to help with any questions. Svetvincenat is centrally located. Whether Pula, Rabac or Rovinj, all the towns and sights are within easy reach. The locals are generally very friendly and try to offer something to holidaymakers without being intrusive. My wife and I are definitely looking forward to our next stay in this really lovely apartment.

Perfect location and nice apartment with garden

Svetvincenat is a very nice, small and historic village with a beautiful castle. Besides not so many tourists, but however with a Pizzeria, a Restaurant and a couple of bars. From the Apartment it is just a few steps to the center, but the Apartment is quiet with a large garden (good for relaxing and kids). Perfect location and Environment. The owner are very helpful and nice - they are living in the 2nd half of the building. The Apartment is large and very good equipped. The only (small) negative point is that it smells a little bit mouldy (thus 4 from 5 stars).
