Chalet 35m2 for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 by 200 bed with television and one with 2 single beds 90 by 190, a bathroom with large shower and washing machine, living room with corner sofa, large 55-inch television, air conditioning, kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, multifunction oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, induction hob...

The chalet has a lovely terrace with exceptional sea views, a dining table and garden furniture for aperitifs.
And thanks to the tabletop plancha, you'll be able to grill meats, fish or vegetables!

The chalet is located on Mont Saint Loup, in the pine forest, in a peaceful setting just 5 minutes by car from the beaches and port of Cap d'Agde.

There's a heated swimming pool in the residential park, and you can also enjoy lovely walks or bike rides in the adjoining forest.

There is a large secure parking lot at the entrance where vehicles must remain parked (possibility of coming in front of the chalet to unload luggage and shopping).

Small pets accepted on request (1 per stay): €100 per stay.

Sheets and towels are not provided, but can be rented on request in advance: 15€ per person per stay.

You will be required to clean the apartment at the end of your stay, or you can opt for a cleaning package: 80€.

A deposit cheque for 400€ (or cash if you don't have a chequebook) is required on arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay if the chalet is in good condition and clean.
